How long is the warranty period of my unit?

For Window Type Non-Inverter AC: One (1) year on parts and labor and five (5) years on compressor on from the date of purchase.

For Window Type Inverter AC: One (1) year on other parts, labor and consumables, Three (3) years on PCB and Ten (10) years on compressor from date of purchase. Effective from May 15, 2024. Terms and conditions apply.

For Wall Mounted Split Type AC: One (1) year from start up date or 18 months from purchase, whichever is earlier on parts and labor. Five (5) years from the date of purchase on the compressor.

For Wall Mounted Split Type Inverter AC: One (1) year on other parts, labor and consumables, Three (3) years on PCB and Ten (10) years on compressor from date of purchase. Effective from May 15, 2024. Terms and conditions apply.

For Light Commercial Products: One (1) year from start up date or 18 months from purchase, whichever is earlier on parts, labor and compressor.

It is better to keep your receipt to facilitate quicker processing of warranty should there be any concerns with your unit.
