Parts Analyst

JOB Summary

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering course preferably Industrial Engineering or any equivalent;
• With at least a year of experience in Material Planning/Supply Chain or equivalent;
• Experience in HVAC Manufacturing set-up is an advantage;
• Familiarization with SAP system;
• Excellent computer and data entry skills moreover must be knowledgeable in MS Office such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge in ERP and MRP, if any;
•  Knowledge in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques;
• To be assigned in Ortigas, Mandaluyong;
• Amenable to start ASAP.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing all Parts Section activities including Parts forecasting, System and Policies creation, improving and analyzing after sales parts inventory management;
• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the company and reporting structure;
• Ensures a high quality level of service is provided to all customers, both internally and externally. Monitors and coaches team members for working with internal and external customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction;
• Supervise a day-to-day interaction between the Service Parts section and company organization;
• Set clear expectations to establish group plans and maximizes operational excellence with minimal disruption to the customer experience. Will often be required to perform operational tasks as needed. Drive profitable sales and service. High integrity and ethical behavior as a key holder for the parts section group;
• Support Service Department Manager in taking care of all the related concerns regarding service parts inventory control and parts sales;
• Guide and motivate team of parts section group in processing orders and receiving, documenting, and resolving service parts and customer issues;
• Troubleshoot customer parts issues.
