JOB Summary
- Graduate of any four-year course; Bachelor of Science in Information technology or computer, vocational HVAC or any related technical courses;
- Fresh graduate or with 6 months work experience in handling customer, or any related work which deals in handling different kind of people;
- Knowledge in HVAC is an advantage but not required;
- Strong organizational skills and have the ability to multitask, flexible;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Amenable to start ASAP;
- To be assigned in Koppel Davao branch.
- Handle and process Parts inquiry tickets received using system applications, e-mails and calls. Coordinates all parts related transactions and Disseminates parts information to all concerned.
- Create and answers parts inquiry tickets using system applications. Closely Monitor and change the status of all parts related tickets.
- Proactively monitor the following Pending ticket status; Open, Request for Stock transfer, quote submitted and waiting for customers.
- Answers phone calls and immediately respond to e-mail, viber and other communication system platforms available.
- Create and email formal parts quotation to the clients.
- Make Stock transfer form requests, MIS form, PERF and request for fabrication.
- Ensure adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
- Coordinate all parts related concerns to other departments (purchasing, accounting, PDED, Sales, production and RTV/QAQC).
- Disseminate Parts’ internal and external Memo.
- Proper filing of parts related documents.
