JOB Summary


    • Graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA Major in HRDM, or any related course;
    • With experience in substantial payroll and payroll systems, and general HR work is an advantage;
    • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written capacity;
    • Flexible, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
    • Ability to work effectively and calmly in a high-pressure environment and to prioritize assignments in a timely fashion;
    • Willing to be assigned and reliably commute to Ortigas, Mandaluyong.



    • Handles the timekeeping and employee’s payroll on all sites/branches;
    • Issues advisory on the changes on payroll cut-offs;
    • Coordinates with outsourced provider and/or IT on payroll system concerns;
    • Checks and verifies employee’s overtime, undertime, absences and leave applications;
    • Monitoring of resigning employees to hold off last pay and computation of final pay upon clearance of said employee;
    • Checks and validates payroll and discrepancies before processing payments;
    • Monitors and updates employee deductions and loans based on agreed terms;
    • Ensures that deductions are duly authorized/signed by concerned employee;
    • Handles the processing of employee’s loan application to SSS, PAG-IBIG, etc.;
    • Facilitates the remittance of contributions and loan payments to government agencies;
    • Register new hires to biometric machine for timekeeping purposes;
    • Facilitates the opening of payroll accounts for newly hired employees;
    • Keeps organized file of manual DTR, OT, OB, Leave forms, etc.;
    • Monitors leave balances of entitled employees;
    • Check and validate billing and timekeeping of manpower agencies;
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
